The 996 turbo 68mm version is designed to function with the factory 68mm throttle body that was o.e. On all 996 factory turbos. The 68mm plenum delivers similar power as the larger 74mm competition plenum.
Horsepower gains range from 30 to 35 above the stock power band and initial boost response is improved. The ipd plenum delivers more power and more torque giving the 996 turbo a stronger mid range and top end.

The h11 bolt (wmc7 and wmc6) is a high quality, aircraft standard fastener. Under racing conditions, we suggest that the h11 bolts be changed periodically.
All bolts should be lubricated under the heads as well as on the threads. We recommend the bolt lube supplied with the rods, or as an alternative, a molybdenum base paste mixed with engine oil.
The preferred method to torque the bolt is by using the stretch figure 60,75 nm (3/8 sps - wmc6 9,65mm).
