We researched and tested several piggy back type ecu modules but found that we could not monitor enough information with them to ensure safe, reliable tuning. It is very difficult to adjust ignition timing, boost pre on dfi (direct fuel injection) Porsche 's with a cookie cutter piggy back unit due to lack of sensors that can be sampled.

The OEM Cayenne turbo has thousands of different map variations for different conditions, our software has over a 100 + maps that complement those variations. We found that piggy back units only allowed us to use 10% of our maps. So we decided to make a unit that would sample all of the information we needed. Our module sample 's information from the intake manifold pressure sensor, boost pressure sensor, fuel rail pressure sensor and the ecu (can bus low and high). What this means to you is that FVD extract 's the most power out of your Porsche Cayenne turbo while never sacrificing reliability, drivability and engine safety.
