Drill
1. Remove seat.
2. Remove spring - hold both plates up.
3. Remove broken loop and rivets.
4. Put new loop in place - hold with vice grips.
5. Drill 3/16” whole from metal side all of the
way through loop.
6. Remove loop and slightly enlarge holes in metal rail
to allow the rivets to pass easily.
7. Install loop with rivets from the loop side.
8. Reinstall seat.
