914s have suffered from battery acid damage for years. They eventually all need a new tray and support. Easily welded in, when these parts are painted with polyurethane paint and you install one of our heavy duty battery covers and battery tray mats, the chances of this happening again are greatly reduced.
Beware of cheap imitations without the weld-nut to hold the battery clamp. Ours is identical to the original no longer available factory version.
