The cdi or hkz as it is known in Germany, is the high-voltage condenser ignition control unit. Aging cdi / hkz units lead to deterioration of performance with time. A failing unit's symptoms include a fluctuating tach, stalling, loss of power to the ignition coil and no start situations, leaving you stranded. Send us your original cdi / hkz and German technicians with many years of experience will completely remanufacture it to new specifications. This is not a repaired unit like many of our competition offer, this is a completely remanufactured unit using new upgraded components.
