air conditioning (a/c conditioner) kit, single condenser

With a condenser in the front under the spare tire, this kit has 4 vents. NOTE: The Evaporator case goes from door to door. The system is 16,000 btu and puts out 320 cfm of air. (the factory was 8,000 btu and 220 cfm). We have design the mount/drive kit to use a multi-poly belt drive belt (same as the new car use today) and we now use a Sanden 8 cubic inch rotor compressor that only pulls 1 1/2 horsepower of off the motor, instead of 14 like factory did. Comes complete with instructions. These kits are not factory original and are only for the 914 owner that truly must have AC. The kit is of relatively poor quality and the instillation is difficult. The only reason we supply them is because they are the only solution available. Returns on our 914 AC kits are not accepted.
