VR Tuned ECU Flash Tune

The normally aspirated 996 Carrera is a great street car that has more to give. Having owned a 2000 C2, we have experienced the joys of driving this Porsche. The RWD Carrera 2 and the AWD Carrera 4 or 4S are great platforms to increase power on the 3.6L motor. Doing a ECU flash, the car will have improved throttle response whether the Tiptronic or 6speed transmission. Where the car is sluggish off the line, the newly flashed car picks up right away and pulls harder through the mid and top end RPM range. Overall, the daily driving characteristics are vastly improved while providing you additional benefits that the Porsche Carrera craves.

With the VR Tuned ECU Flash, basic bolt-on performance parts will not require a retune of your ECU. Adding parts such as an exhaust, headers, air filter, will all adjust with the tune. Custom features to remove CEL's from cat inefficiency codes or raise the rev limiter may be available upon request. If you add higher octane fuel, the ECU will adjust accordingly. Further custom tuning is available with provided datalogging or dyno sheets.
