Relying on the Porsche factory for a lead, we figured out a way to use the more efficient 75 76 pump and plumb it into the earlier 914 system. THEN we had to do something about the price. Our solution was to have the original pump duplicated in high quality and then add the appropriate hose and filter. The result is an easy to plumb late model high quality fuel pump at a fraction of the cost of an original.
