Original rubber strut / shock top designed to soften impacts and to prevent suspension damage. These get brittle and start to crack and break away as cars age. We recommend replacing them when installing new original type struts / shocks. It is also a good idea to replace the spacer, part # 99902524002 sold individually. Right or left side fitment. 2 necessary per car.
