This is the threshold trim strip that secures the interior carpet to the threshold / door sill. It prevents shoes from scuffing the carpet / paint on egress / ingress. Replacing the sill plates are the perfect finishing touch for a restoration or carpet update. Sold individually. Left or right side fitment. 2 necessary per car.
