This kit has three 16 ga (.06 ) steel panels and will significantly stiffen the 914 chassis by tying the two longitude panels and the firewall together to box the frame. This kit requires welding and should be performed by a professional. Some modification will be required to install the panels. If you are upgrading your 914 to a six cylinder, doing autocross, or if you simply want to stiffen up the whole chassis, this kit is for you.
