Description
Brombacher titanium exhausts are the absolute last word in exhausts for the 997 GT2.
Incredible performance and aggressive sound all in a lightweight titanium system. The system as shown increases performance 25hp and weighs just 25.5 lbs for a huge weight savings in the already heavy rear of the 911.
From the turbo flanges and catalytics (available in 100 or 200 cells), to the tailpipes ( 2x85mm), this entire exhaust system (excluding the cells themselves) is made entirely of titanium. The 4 chamber system design reduces the drone in the cabin while retaining a deep, throaty growl unlike other 2 chamber systems from the competition. Our system is designed using the most expensive and highest heat value titanium available (1000 degrees celcius) and has a much greater wall thickness than 75% of the systems on the market, eliminating the chance of heat or stress cracks. you cannot compare this titanium to japanese products, chinese products etc.

Brombacher mufflers outer shell dampens and eliminates unwanted frequencies and ensures no resonance or drone in the cabin. The end result is a strong, linear, firing-order dominated flat-6 Porsche sound. Our titanium systems are nearly 40% lighter compared to steel and are available for late model, water cooled applications. Each of our exhausts have been extensively tested on both a chassis and engine dyno as well as logged thousands of miles on both the street and at the track. All this research, development and testing ensures maximum horsepower gains throughout a broad power band; all while maintaining reasonable sound levels for the street and provide a distinct, sporty exhaust note that is purely Porsche.
