Having personally owned the Cayenne s, the v8 engine is very strong and great for daily driving and mild towing. However it could definitely use some improvements in the power curve. The 2003 - 2007 4.5l v8 has the opportunity to gain some horsepower and torque with mild tweaks to the ecu. By making changes to the trucks fuel and timing maps, the overall power curve is enhanced. The truck has much better throttle response and improved torque for those times you need to haul some other toys. The newly flashed truck picks up right away and pulls harder through the mid and top end rpm range. Overall, the daily driving characteristics are vastly improved while providing you additional benefits that the Porsche craves.
