The fan shrouds, however, were painted either black, silver or gray. As far as we know all 356 normal & 912 engines had black fan shrouds. Early super & super 90 engines had silver fan shrouds, although some very early super 90's had a very light gray, almost white fan shroud. Late super, super 90 & 356c/sc engines had gray fan shrouds.
