General Fitment

A bigger bore means more power and more torque. This kit features 96mm aluminum biral cast iron piston and cylinder kit for Porsche 914 engine. 96x71 mm kit. The biral cylinder is designed to dissipate heat 20% better than a cast iron cylinder and is 6 lbs. Lighter per set. Made specifically for the 2.0 case, slip-in big bore kit, no machine work needed.

General Fitment

Pagid rs29 is a recent development from the bases of rs19, with a very similar friction coefficient to rs19 with improvements in initial bite offering quicker response and slightly more temperature stable at the upper levels of the temperature range. Developments in raw material selection and compounding have resulted in improvements also in pedal feel and feedback, helping with modulation particularly on lighter applications.

This is a brand new set of 96mm pistons with biral cylinders for the vw type 4 and Porsche 914 1.7/1.8l with the stock 66mm stock crank. The pistons are a flat top slipper skirt design. Biral liners are a cast iron sleeve with aluminum fins, making them lighter and dissipate heat better. They slip into both the 1.7 and 1.8l cases. 1.7l heads will need to be opened, no machane work is needed on the 1.8l

This is a new set of 92mm big bore Porsche 911 2.7l high compression je pistons & cylinders. The compression ratio is 10.5:1 with the 70.4mm crank. je forgings are made from 2618 aluminum, they have a 0 offset with extra material under the top for the valve pockets. The cast iron liners come with out the head gasket grove.
Kit includes: 6 cylinders, 6 pistons, a set of piston rings, and 6 wrist pins and clips.
