We became very tired of the expensive factory door latch assembly so we had the individual parts made. Now you can replace just whatís broken and not suffer from sticker shock, and or the poorly redone replica that is not machined properly! This particular piece, the door latch base with the lock cylinder hole, is also reinforced where the original one always broke. Heavily chromed it is guaranteed for life. Just make sure that you do not over tighten the stud! Comes complete with the replacement rivet.
