The remanufacturing process includes full inspection, disassembly, cleaning and degreasing. We then install a toothed timing belt (part # FVD 602 964 00) and a distributor pinion pin (part # 930 602 922 00). Clearances, timing and proper operation are then checked to ensure reliability.
